Kevin O’Dwyer is an internationally recognized silversmith and sculptor whose presentation award commissions reflect both artistry and cultural significance. His work includes designing the prestigious award for the Eurovision Song Contest, as well as commissions for Business to Arts that celebrate creativity and collaboration between the arts and corporate sectors. Under the patronage of President Mary Robinson, O’Dwyer created bespoke presentation pieces for heads of state, including dignitaries from Japan, France, Sweden, and Spain, and was also commissioned to design a symbolic gift for Nelson Mandela’s inauguration. Each of these works embodies both symbolic meaning and exceptional craftsmanship, highlighting O’Dwyer’s ability to merge design excellence with ceremonial importance on the global stage.
