​Irish silversmith Kevin O’Dwyer was commissioned to create the 1995 Eurovision Song Contest Grand Prix trophy, a striking work that combined cast glass with hand-forged sterling silver. Designed and crafted by O’Dwyer, the piece reflected his distinctive fusion of traditional silversmithing skills with contemporary design. The trophy was awarded to Secret Garden from Norway, the winners of the 1995 contest, and remains a testament to O’Dwyer’s ability to bring artistry and symbolism to major international events.
